Lakeville MA OUI of Alcohol

The Lakeville Police Department sought to charge Attorney Fogarty’s Client with the crimes of Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle. The matter was brought before a Clerk Magistrate for a hearing. Attorney Fogarty argued that there was no probable cause for her client to be charged with either crime and pointed to specific facts and the law to win her case. The charges did not issue and the client walked away without an OUI or a Negligent Operation on their record.
