Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol: Not Guilty After Trial 

The client was charged with Operating under the Influence of Alcohol in the town of Fairhaven. A police officer observed erratic operation of a motor vehicle and executed a traffic stop. He made contact with the operator of the motor vehicle, formed the opinion they were under the influence of alcohol, and placed them under arrest. After a bench trial, a not guilty verdict entered. This case was heard in the New Bedford District Court.
